Test runs for the “Jersey Devil” roller coaster — the world’s tallest, fastest, and longest single-rail coaster — are underway at Six Flags Great Adventure with an opening date to be announced soon. The Jackson amusement park’s newest coaster will travel along a 3,000 foot single-rail track at speeds of up to 58 mph. It will feature a a 130-foot lift hill, an 87-degree first drop and overbank cutback and before riders experience three inversions including what park officials describe as a 180-degree stall, raven dive and zero-gravity roll.
