The 28-year-old had federal charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute a controlled substance. Additionally, authorities discovered a stolen AK-47 at his home along with synthetic marijuana and methamphetamine. According to court records, he pled guilty to those charges.

Mo3 posthumously released Shottaz 4Eva on April 8. The 12-track album features previously released singles such as “Outside” with OG Bobby Billions, “Broken Love” featuring Kevin Gates and guest appearances from Foogiano and Mo3’s “brother,” Boosie Badazz. Boosie previously reflected on Mo3’s death, solemnly stating, “They caught my boy slipping.”
