Boosie Badazz Checks OJ Simpson Over LeBron James: ‘YOU BETTER CHILL OUT!’

Boosie Badazz has LeBron James’ back after the Lakers superstar came under fire for a tweet he’s since deleted regarding the Columbus, OH police officer who killed 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant earlier this week. O.J. Simpson was critical of James and Boosie quickly responded on Friday (April 23) putting an end to the former NFL great’s rant based on his controversial past.

“O.J. Simpson, how the hell you gon’ tell LeBron be quiet about speaking up for our race,” he explained. “You supposed to be speaking up for our race! We got you free — a Black man got you free! The Black community got you free and you gon’ tell him to chill out? You need to chill out. Get the fuck off LeBron nuts. You wrong, man.”

Simpson took to Twitter on Thursday (April 22) admitting he was a fan of LeBron and his charitable work in the community, but thinks he should’ve reserved judgment here coming off the Derek Chauvin guilty verdict.

“You can’t fight every battle,” said Juice. “You gotta pick your battles. It’s a war that must be fought, but sometimes you need to take your time and be a little more patient before you comment on these bad incidents happening with police departments. This one, LeBron should’ve waited. I’m a little upset with most of the media.”

O.J. Simpson famously beat the “Trial of the Century” in 1995 after being acquitted of murder charges in the June 1994 deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

LeBron James originally tweeted a photo of the officer who shot Ma’Khia Bryant before deleting it with the caption, “You’re Next #Accountability.”

He then clarified his reasoning for taking the tweet down but hopes to see more progress in the future when it comes to the community-police relations for Black people.

“I’m so damn tired of seeing Black people killed by police,” James wrote. “I took the tweet down because its being used to create more hate -This isn’t about one officer.  it’s about the entire system and they always use our words to create more racism. I am so desperate for more ACCOUNTABILITY.”
